The AX100280 Motor Controller provides 480W to drive a bidirectional or unidirectional BLDC motor integrated into a machine. The unit can accept 12V, 24V or 48V power, and is networked via SAE J1939 with auto-baud-rate detection. Four (4) command universal signal inputs are user configurable as Voltage, Current, Resistive, PWM, Frequency, or Digital types. An ignition switch input turns on the device. The unit operates up to 125 degrees C and is IP67 rated.

Other controllers operate tailgate lifts. Additional I/O on the controller can drive machine hydraulic functions (boom-in / boom-out), control a machine brake, and monitor sensors / switches for safety features.
